We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in driving sales success and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Handle the full sales process, from inquiry to finalizing the deal.
- Provide exceptional customer service create unforgettable customer journey and ensure custome retention.
- Assist in sales training and contribute to team growth.
- Stay informed about market trends, promotions, and financing options.
What You Bring to the Table:
- ✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
- ✔ Positive, go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow, embrace new experiences and innovative ideas
- ✔ Proven sales and negotiation skills
- ✔ Experience in sales management and training is an asset
- ✔ Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
- ✔ Comfortable on camera for engaging social media content is a major plus
- ✔ Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
